Heated Seats & German Engineering

In the past, I handled IT issues myself. But as our company and our network grew, I didn’t have time to run our company and maintain our network. We tried other options, but none met the needs of our 20-user network. We knew we needed help.

We wanted our network monitored, preventative maintenance performed, and guidance and advice on IT resources that make the most sense for our business – to tell us if a server is becoming obsolete or if we’re trying to push a watermelon through a garden hose – all with as little out-of-pocket expense as possible.

VentureNet has done very well in taking care of all our IT needs. We know the status of our network and individual pieces of equipment – what needs to be replaced or upgraded and what is doing fine. We have fewer viruses than we’ve ever had. Our network is running smoother and better than it ever has in the past.  

VentureNet absolutely takes care of us very well.  They’re fast and efficient. They have an excellent technical staff. Our primary engineer, Jordan, is phenomenal and, if he’s unavailable, there’s a backup engineer just as good. All of their technical staff are intelligent and personable, so we find it very easy to work with them.

They have met – and exceeded – our goals. Other IT firms might be cheaper, but if my computers are down for a week I’d probably give a million dollars to fix the problem. When you pay for a Mazda, you get a Mazda. VentureNet is the Mercedes of their industry – it’s worth the price to get heated seats and “German engineering.”
