March 2007: VentureNet and AT&T Form Alliance

Company becomes AT&T Alliance Partner

(DALLAS, TX – March 1, 2007) - VentureNet, Inc., based in Garland, announced today that it has become an AT&T Alliance Partner. VentureNet has for many years helped its clients evaluate and select telecom services. The company now sells and provisions AT&T circuits. “Our clients can now deal directly with us rather than calling the phone company,” said Jon Klaus, VentureNet’s CEO. “Since the merger of AT&T and SBC, we have been quite impressed with the broad range of tier 1 services now available at very competitive prices to the DFW market.”

Bob Wallace, regional Vice President of AT&T Alliance Channel, said “we are pleased to acknowledge VentureNet a solution provider for AT&T. They were selected because of their experience, capabilities and qualifications. As a valued business partner chosen to be our representative, VentureNet should not be confused with resellers in the telecommunications market.” Wallace continued, “their expertise, teamed with our technology and resources, will help meet your current and future communications needs.”
