VentureNet Core Values

Early in 2004, we went through an evaluation and planning process designed to make us a better company. During the process, we saw the need to better define the values* that we held in common. There are many worthy traits, but we wanted to distill them down to a handful to focus on and measure ourselves by. Here they are:

Plus One
We will strive to always deliver more than we promise or our clients expect. 

Golden Rule
We will strive to treat others the way we would like to be treated. 

Integrity
Tell the truth... Do the right thing... Even when it hurts.

Creativity
We will think “out of the box” to get to optimum solutions. 

Tenacity
We will never, never give up.

We will all work to make VentureNet the best work place it can be.

* Where do our core values come from? Admittedly, our deepest held values can be very personal, so coming up with core values for a team could be a challenge. That said, I believe the overarching purpose for me is to live a life that pleases God. Others on our team hold the same belief. With a largely common faith in God and in His Word, we found agreeing on the above core values to be not so difficult.
