VentureNet offers two distinct care plans for our services: TotalCare and CloudCare.
Pricing for both plans operate on a per user basis, so your flat monthly fee will depend on your plan and the number of users.

TotalCare

This plan includes all of our vital services, as we act as your fully outsourced IT partner. The per-user fee includes all services, support for PCs, servers, and network gear replacements.

While the TotalCare plan includes all the services that most companies require, some businesses require additional, specialized services such as HIPAA compliance and some 24/7 services. These are offered separately, as not all businesses require them.

CloudCare
